About Boole

Boole is a small independent search tool, and a guide to what is on in Canadian cities.

What Boole does

Boole keeps an index of page titles and web addresses. When you search, it shows those titles and links you straight to the site that published the page. Boole does not copy articles, photographs or reviews from other websites, and it does not host their content.

The events guide

The events section collects public event listings for Canadian cities: the name of the event, the date, the venue and a link to the organiser. Listings are refreshed regularly, but details change, so check with the organiser before you travel.

You decide whether your site appears. Verify your domain on the removal page and it is taken out immediately. Copyright complaints go through copyright and DMCA.

How Boole pays for itself

Boole shows advertising, and some links to ticket sellers may earn a commission. Advertising never changes the order of search results, and any paid placement is labelled.
